Getting excited!

Today I went to a professional development on NWEA testing goal setting.  It just got me excited for the year ahead.  I really enjoy the part of my job of looking at the data and then deciding what I should do to help or enrich the kids.  I do wish we had more time to just sit and analyze data instead of just having to make time.  I could analyze data all day and decide on intervention plans all day.  I guess it makes sense that I'm a reading specialist!
